Admin Support/CSR:
The ideal candidate has his/her RIBO Level 1, or has aspirations of working towards it, with 3 or more years experience as a customer service representative.
Job Duties:
General administration, including, but not limited to;
- Sorting of company mail/policy documents
- Documenting/tracking of inbound leads
- Timely preparation of outbound client mail
- Tracking and scanning of completed applications
- Working towards RIBO level 1 license
