Personal Lines – Service

The ideal candidate has his/her RIBO Level 1 license with 2 or more years experience as a customer service representative and will possess exceptional communication skills.

Job Duties:

• Assess risks, calculate premiums, bind coverage and prepare documentation, process renewals and endorsements
• Provide exceptional claims handling service
• Maintain accurate, well documented files
• Answer incoming calls in a timely manner
• Provide friendly, professional service at all times

The compensation package is attractive with a performance-driven bonus plan. Salary will be commensurate with experience. KTX Insurance Brokers should be particularly interesting to candidates interested in an informal business environment and an 'open-concept' office plan in downtown Toronto.
