Personal Lines - Service:
The ideal candidate has his/her RIBO Level 1 license with 2 or more years experience as a customer service representative and will possess exceptional communication skills.

Job Duties:

• Assess risks, calculate premiums, bind coverage and prepare documentation, process renewals and endorsements.
• Provide exceptional claims handling service
• Maintain accurate, well documented files
• Answer incoming calls in a timely manner
• Provide friendly, professional service at all times
